Flip Out is a trampoline and adventure park originally founded in Australia. I worked as part of the Design and Marketing team on a 2 year strategy launch for the UK master franchise, working with up to 20 arenas. I initiated the re-development of the new website and structural platform to support the arena’s with a full suite of marketing material in order to promote their in store promotions and activities which I called toolkits. I developed different strands of toolkits - promotional, product, seasonal and opening. The toolkits consisted of print and social media assets. I created an original tone of voice for the UK brand which led to the development of brand guidelines and introducing brand management software Brandworkz. My role consisted of a wide range of duties including concept/activation of marketing toolkits, campaign costing, design, brand management and franchise communication.
